앱에서 직접 삭제

Love Bridge AI에 로그인한 뒤 설정 → 계정 관리 → 회원 탈퇴를 선택하고 두 번의 확인 절차를 완료하세요. 처리가 성공하면 계정에서 로그아웃되며 삭제한 인증 계정은 복구할 수 없습니다.

로그인할 수 없는 경우

가입한 계정 이메일에서 고객지원 이메일로 제목을 ‘Love Bridge AI 계정 삭제 요청’이라고 적어 보내 주세요. 요청 대상 계정 이메일을 포함해야 하며, 타인의 무단 삭제를 막기 위해 계정 소유 확인을 요청할 수 있습니다.

삭제되는 정보와 시점

• 즉시 삭제 대상: 인증 계정, 프로필·프로필 사진, 기기 토큰, 연결 요청·초대 코드, 개인 사용량, 비밀 메모, 오늘의 브릿지 답변, 브릿지 레터, AI가 기억한 나, 친구 추천 코드·관계·보상 장부 등 본인 전용 정보
• 30일 후 삭제: 두 사용자 모두의 접근이 끝난 둘만의 공간에 있는 메시지, 사진·영상·댓글, 일정, 기념일, 브릿지 인사이트와 통화 연결 기록
• 활성 공간: 다른 사용자가 계속 연결되어 있으면 탈퇴한 사용자의 연결과 접근을 먼저 종료하며, 공간 전체의 삭제 시점은 두 사용자 모두의 접근 종료 여부를 기준으로 합니다.

별도로 보관될 수 있는 정보

결제·구독 확인, 고객지원·신고·분쟁, 보안과 부정 이용 방지 기록은 법령 준수, 환불·분쟁 처리와 서비스 보호에 필요한 최소 범위에서 보관할 수 있습니다. 목적 또는 법정 보관기간이 끝나면 삭제하거나 비식별화합니다.

회원 탈퇴는 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play 구독을 자동 취소하지 않습니다. 활성 구독은 탈퇴 전에 해당 스토어에서 직접 취소하세요.

Delete directly in the app

Sign in to Love Bridge AI, open Settings → Account management → Delete account, and complete both confirmations. After successful processing you are signed out, and the deleted authentication account cannot be restored.

If you cannot sign in

Email customer support from the address used for the account with the subject ‘Love Bridge AI account deletion request.’ Include the account email. We may request proof of account ownership to prevent unauthorized deletion.

Data deleted and timing

• Immediate deletion: authentication account, profile and profile photo, device tokens, connection requests and invite codes, private usage, private notes, Today’s Bridge answers, Bridge Letters, AI Memory items, friend-referral mappings, reward ledgers, and other user-private data
• Deletion after 30 days: messages, photos, videos, comments, schedules, milestones, Bridge Insights, and call-connection records in a shared space after access has ended for both users
• Active shared space: if the other user remains connected, your connection and access end first. Deletion of the entire space depends on access having ended for both users.

Data that may be retained separately

Purchase or subscription verification, support, report, dispute, security, and anti-abuse records may be retained to the minimum extent needed for law, refunds, disputes, and service protection. They are deleted or de-identified when the purpose or legal period ends.

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel any active subscription in the relevant store before deleting your account.
