이용 원칙과 금지 행위

Love Bridge AI는 연결된 두 사용자가 언어와 일상을 나누는 서비스이며 공개 게시판, 불특정 다수와의 만남이나 다자 커뮤니티를 목적으로 하지 않습니다.

• 괴롭힘, 협박, 모욕, 명예훼손과 스토킹성 메시지
• 동의 없는 개인정보·사진·영상·대화 공개
• 아동·청소년 성적 착취, 성적 유인과 불법 촬영물
• 사기, 악성 링크, 스팸, 자동화 남용, 보안 우회와 시스템 공격

신고와 조치

안전 문제가 있으면 상대방 연결을 끊고 고객지원으로 신고할 수 있습니다. 신고와 필요한 기록을 확인해 콘텐츠 삭제, 기능·계정 제한, 혜택 회수 또는 관계 기관 신고 등 비례한 조치를 할 수 있습니다.

결제와 환불은 각 스토어 절차를 따르며 앱 삭제나 회원 탈퇴만으로 구독이 자동 취소되지 않습니다. 고객지원은 긴급 구조 기관이 아니므로 신체적 위험이 있으면 현지 긴급 구조 기관에 먼저 연락해야 합니다.

Use principles and prohibited conduct

Love Bridge AI helps two connected users share languages and daily life. It is not intended for public boards, meetings with unspecified people, or group communities.

• Harassment, threats, insults, defamation, or stalking messages
• Sharing personal information, photos, videos, or conversations without consent
• Sexual exploitation, grooming, or illegal recordings involving children or teenagers
• Fraud, malicious links, spam, automated abuse, security bypasses, or system attacks

Reports and enforcement

For a safety concern, disconnect the partner and report it to support. We may review necessary records and take proportionate action, including content removal, feature or account restrictions, benefit recovery, or reporting to authorities.

Purchases and refunds follow store procedures, and deleting the app or account does not automatically cancel a subscription. Support is not an emergency service; contact local emergency services first if there is physical danger.
